INSTALLATION STEPS
Plug in your USB drive
Insert the DEBOTIX USB into any USB port on your PC. If you have a USB 3.0 port (usually blue inside), use that one for faster installation.
Restart your PC and enter Boot Menu
Restart your computer. As soon as the screen goes black, repeatedly press the boot menu key. This is usually F12, F11, F8, or ESC — it depends on your PC brand. You'll see "Press F12 for boot menu" briefly on screen.
Select your USB drive from the boot menu
A list of devices will appear. Use the arrow keys to select the entry that says "USB" or shows your USB drive name, then press Enter.
Follow the Windows 10 installer
Click "Install now". When asked for a product key, click "I don't have a product key" — you will enter it after installation is complete.
Choose Windows 10 Home
Select "Windows 10 Home" from the edition list and click Next. Accept the license terms.
Choose Custom install (clean install)
Select "Custom: Install Windows only (advanced)". Click on your main drive (usually Drive 0) and then click Next. Windows will begin installing — this takes 15–30 minutes.
Set up Windows and activate
After your PC restarts into Windows, go to Settings → Update & Security → Activation. Click "Change product key" and enter the key from the paper inside your package. Click Next and your Windows will activate.
ACTIVATION KEY NOT WORKING?
These are the most common errors and what they mean.
Key used on another device
Microsoft is saying this key was already activated on a different PC. This can happen with brand new keys — it's a Microsoft system issue, not your fault. We will replace your key instantly.

Key blocked by Microsoft
The key has been flagged by Microsoft. This is rare but fixable. Start the chat below and our agent will issue you a replacement.
No internet connection
Windows can't connect to Microsoft's activation servers. Make sure your PC is connected to the internet (via Wi-Fi or cable), then try activating again.
Activation servers unavailable
Microsoft's servers are temporarily down. Wait 30 minutes and try again. If the problem persists after a few hours, start the chat below.
USB / BOOT PROBLEMS
My PC doesn't detect the USB
Try a different USB port — especially a USB 2.0 port (black inside) if you were using a 3.0 (blue). Some older PCs don't boot from USB 3.0 ports.
The boot menu doesn't show my USB
Go to BIOS/UEFI (press F2, DEL or F10 at startup), find "Boot Order" or "Boot Priority", and make sure USB is listed before your hard drive. Also disable "Secure Boot" if present.
Windows says the USB isn't bootable
The USB may have been corrupted. Contact us — we'll send you a new one or walk you through re-flashing it.
