My activation key doesn't work. What do I do?

First make sure you are entering the key on the correct Windows version. If the key still doesn't work, contact us and we'll send a replacement key within 24 hours — no questions asked.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If your USB or key is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund or free replacement. Contact us within 30 days of purchase.

I lost the paper with my key. Help!

Send us your Amazon order number and we'll recover your key from our records.

Can I reinstall Windows more than once?

Yes. The activation key is linked to your hardware after first use, so you can reinstall on the same PC as many times as you need.

The USB isn't detected by my PC. What now?

Try a different USB port, preferably a USB 3.0 (blue) port. If the issue continues, check our setup guide for your product or contact us.
